The Juris Doctor degree is completed over four years (92 units) and the Executive JDsm degree is completed over three years (72 units) with tuition paid annually. A $100 nonrefundable application fee is required to be considered for admission.

The Small Business Practice LLM program is a 24-unit program. Courses are held in 15-week trimester terms with start dates in January, May, and August/September. The expectation is that students will take two (2) courses per term (four (4) credits) although other study plans are possible with the approval of the program director. The program cannot be completed in less than six (6) terms and must be completed within four (4) years. The cost per credit is $900.

 

The annual tuition rate for subsequent years for all programs is subject to change and notice will be given 30 days prior to the effective date of the new rate.


Access to the Internet curriculum begins at a prescribed time when all tuition and orientation obligations are met. The above tuition fees do not include the student's own cost of textbooks, computer equipment, Personal Digital Certificate, an online provider to access the curriculum, and certain student services fees.
