Students do not have to be technology gurus to come to Concord. Once you are familiar with it, the site is easy to use and - when you need help - it is there.
The Orientation includes a step-by-step introduction to the learning platform. Students receive instruction in downloading the appropriate technologies required to access the curriculum, as well as the security certificate used to control access to the site. New and continuing students can also ask for guidance in setting up their computers so they can best access the Concord curriculum.
