For the most part, the services provided are typical of any law school and Concord students are no different than their peers in residential programs who also routinely access resources online and use email as a primary means of communication. As an online program, Concord does have a particular commitment to responding promptly and strives to resolve a student request or question within 24 to 48 hours.
