John Blum
Subject: Health Law
Professor Blum is on the faculty of Loyola University Chicago School of
Law, where he has taught since 1987. He is a graduate of Notre Dame Law
School and received his Master of Health Services Administration from
the Harvard University School of Public Health. He teaches in the areas
of health care regulation, managed care, and comparative health law.
Professor Blum has been awarded two Fulbright Fellowships, has been a
consultant to USAID in Indonesia, and has many years of experience in
health law and policy.
- Mary Cheh
Mary Cheh
Subject: Constitutional Law
Professor Cheh joined the faculty at George Washington University
National Law Center, where she is the Elyce Zenoff Research Professor of
Law, in 1979. A leading constitutional and national security law
specialist, she is widely published on subjects such as the First
Amendment and criminal law and has been a frequent speaker and media
commentator on legal affairs. Professor Cheh was a member of the D.C.
Circuit Task Force on Gender Bias in the Courts and has served as a
consultant to the President's Commission on Organized Crime.
- Rafael Guzman
Rafael Guzman
Subject: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence
Professor Guzman is a nationally known lecturer. He taught at the
University of Arkansas from 1967 through 2008 and has served on numerous
state and national commissions and committees in the areas of criminal
law and evidence. He is a member of the national legal honor society,
The Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Dayton University and
his LL.B. at George Washington University. He was admitted to practice
in the District of Columbia in 1964.

Subject: Taxation, Wills and Trusts
Professor Kelly is a graduate of University of Virginia School of Law
and received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is a
professor at Golden Gate University School of Law. Professor Kelly is
the author of several articles and book chapters and a frequent
lecturer. She has served as Chair of the Education Committee of the
California State Bar.
- Lawrence Levine
Lawrence Levine
Subject: Torts
Professor Levine has been on the faculty at the University of the
Pacific McGeorge School of Law since 1985. He has also been a visiting
professor at New York Law School. Professor Levine has authored several
books and articles on the subjects of Torts. He is a co-editor of A
Torts Anthology, a co-author of the treatise Understanding Torts, and
co-authored a torts casebook, Tort Law and Practice (with Vetri, Finley
and Vogel; Lexis Publishing Co., 2002). He is a graduate of the
University of California, Hastings College of Law.
- Arthur Miller
Arthur Miller
Subject: Civil Procedure, Intellectual Property
Professor Miller taught at Harvard Law School from 1971 to 2007 and
currently teaches at New York University School of Law. He is
nationally known for his work on court procedure, copyright and unfair
competition, and remedies. The courses he has taught include Civil
Procedure, Copyright, and Complex Litigation; he has also co-taught a
seminar on law, information and technology. Professor Miller is an
acknowledged expert in the right of privacy, a subject on which he has
written, testified, debated, and helped formulate legislation. He has
been involved in a variety of televised legal educational programs,
including as the former legal editor for ABC's Good Morning America. He
is widely published and his works include Civil Procedure (with
Friedenthal and Kane) and Civil Procedure Cases and Materials (with
Cound, Friedenthal, and Sexton)

John Moye
Subject: Contracts, Corporations
Professor Moye is an international lawyer who lectures and teaches in
commercial banking and business organization law throughout the United
States. During his seven years teaching at the University of Denver, he
was voted Professor of the Year on four occasions. His written work
includes Commercial Transactions Under the Uniform Commercial Code
Problem Series, The Law of Business Organizations, and Moye's Loan
Documentation Manual.
- Douglas Whaley
Douglas Whaley
Subject: Commercial Law
Professor Whaley is a professor emeritus at Ohio State University Moritz
College of Law. He teaches contracts, consumer law, commercial paper,
sales, secured transactions, and debtor-creditor law. Prior to joining
the Ohio State faculty in 1976, he practiced law in Chicago and taught
at Indiana University Law School in Indianapolis. Professor Whaley has
won eight awards from three universities for outstanding teaching,
including an Ohio State University Distinguished Teaching Award in 1978.
He is the author of seven casebooks (Contracts, Sales, Commercial
Paper, Consumer Law, Debtor-Creditor Law, Secured Transactions, and
Commercial Law) and a book on warranties. Professor Whaley also travels
around the county giving lectures for bankers and their attorneys on
"The Law of Checking Accounts."
