Accreditation and Disclosure Information

Concord Law School is part of Kaplan University. Kaplan University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association (www.ncahlc.org). Concord Law School is registered as a Distance Learning Law School with the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California. Registration with the Committee permits Concord JD graduates who meet the regulatory requirements to apply for admission to the State Bar of California. Concord Law School is separately and specifically accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC**), a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
